Who You Are Contracting With
These Terms of Service govern your use of Perennial.you (perennial.you) and the purchase of any products through it. Payment processing is handled by Creem as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. The Product
Perennial.you delivers a Communication fingerprint system prompt — a personalised Markdown (.md) file that encodes your communication style, values, and personality patterns in a format deployable with AI models including Claude, GPT, Grok, and compatible local models.
The product is produced by an automated multi-agent AI pipeline that processes your questionnaire responses. You receive the finished .md file by email within 48 hours of completing the questionnaire.
What you receive
Fundamental tier ($22 one-time):
- One universal system prompt file (
[name]-communication-fingerprint-v1.md) - An implementation guide explaining how to deploy the prompt across major AI platforms
- Compatibility with Claude, GPT, Grok, and local models
What you do not receive
- Access to a hosted dashboard or platform account
- Ongoing AI conversations or a managed bot service
- Any guarantee that third-party AI platforms (Claude, OpenAI, Google) will remain compatible indefinitely — their terms and APIs change independently of us
- A subscription or recurring service of any kind
2. The Questionnaire
After payment, you will receive an email with a unique, secure link to your questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of explicit questions and simulated conversation thread modules. Completing it is required to receive your product.
Your questionnaire link is personal to your order. Do not share it. If you lose it, email hello@perennial.you with your order email address and we will resend it.
Output quality depends on input quality. The accuracy and authenticity of your Communication Fingerprint is directly proportional to the honesty and specificity of your responses. The pipeline can only work with what you give it — honest, specific, unedited answers produce an accurate fingerprint; vague or minimal answers produce a generic result. This matters for refund and redo eligibility, as described in Section 5.
The questionnaire expires if left incomplete for more than 60 days from your purchase date.
3. Pricing and Payment
- The Fundamental tier is priced at $22.00 USD, charged as a one-time payment.
- There is no subscription, no recurring fee, and no auto-renewal of any kind.
- Payment is processed by Creem (creem.io), the Merchant of Record. When you pay, you are transacting with Creem. Your statutory consumer rights against Creem as the Merchant of Record apply where applicable under your local law.
- All prices are shown in USD. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees independently.
4. Delivery
Your completed system prompt will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout within 48 hours of your questionnaire submission. Delivery time begins when you submit the completed questionnaire, not when you pay.
If your prompt has not arrived within 48 hours of submission:
- Check your spam folder
- Email hello@perennial.you with your order email address
We will investigate and redeliver within 24 hours of hearing from you.
5. Refunds and Pipeline Redos
60-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 60-day full refund guarantee. If your Communication Fingerprint does not feel like an accurate representation of you, email hello@perennial.you within 60 days of your prompt delivery date and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
How to request a refund: Email hello@perennial.you with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed by Creem and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Nothing in this refund policy limits any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer protection law.
Pipeline Redo (within 30 days of delivery)
As an alternative to a refund, you may request a free pipeline redo within 30 days of your prompt delivery date. A redo reruns the full six-agent processing pipeline against your original questionnaire responses and produces a new version of your system prompt.
How to request a redo: Email hello@perennial.you with the subject line "Redo Request" and the email address used at checkout. We will process your redo within 48 hours and deliver a new prompt to your email.
Redos are only possible while your questionnaire data is retained — which is for 30 days after delivery. After 30 days, your raw responses are permanently deleted and a redo is no longer technically possible. A refund remains available up to 60 days.
Input Quality
A refund or redo request that we can verify was caused by substantially incomplete or blank questionnaire responses — rather than by a pipeline quality issue — may be declined. This is the only condition under which we may decline a request. If your responses were honest and specific and the output still does not feel like you, you will always receive a refund or redo without question.
We will not use this clause to avoid legitimate requests. It exists only to address cases where questionnaire responses were clearly not completed in good faith.
6. Your Ownership of the Output
The system prompt file delivered to you is yours. You own it outright. You may:
- Deploy it in any AI platform or tool
- Modify it however you choose
- Share it with third parties of your choosing
- Use it for personal or commercial purposes
We claim no intellectual property rights over the content of your delivered system prompt. It is derived from your personality data, which belongs to you.
We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated insights about pipeline performance — never the content of your prompt or questionnaire — to improve the product.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Perennial.you or your delivered system prompt to:
- Impersonate another person without their explicit consent
- Create a system prompt intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate others
- Generate content that violates applicable law
- Circumvent the security or integrity protections embedded in any delivered system prompt
- Resell or commercially redistribute unmodified system prompts produced for other individuals without their consent
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these conditions are being violated.
8. AI Model Compatibility
The system prompt is designed to work with Claude, GPT, Grok, and compatible local models at the time of delivery. We cannot guarantee ongoing compatibility as third-party AI platforms update their models, APIs, and system prompt handling. Such changes are outside our control.
If a platform update meaningfully breaks your prompt's functionality within 60 days of delivery, contact us — we will assess whether reprocessing or a refund is appropriate.
9. Data and Privacy
Our collection, use, and deletion of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at perennial.you/privacy. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to those practices, including the automated deletion of your raw questionnaire responses 30 days after delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
Perennial.you is provided as a digital product service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product or the system prompt
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order
- We make no guarantee that a system prompt will achieve any specific outcome in any specific AI platform context
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have under your local consumer protection law.
11. Dispute Resolution
We would always prefer to resolve any issue informally before any formal process. If something has gone wrong, email hello@perennial.you first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where you are located, or where we cannot agree on jurisdiction, to the courts of general competence. Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
For EU and UK consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your rights under mandatory local consumer protection legislation, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
12. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify the product, pricing, and these terms. Changes to pricing do not affect purchases already made. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email to affected customers where possible, and updated terms will be posted at perennial.you/terms with a revised date.
